Human rights organisations should be addressed as an indivisible body, including civil, political, social, economic, cultural, and collective rights. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. The idea of free human beings enjoying civil and political freedom and freedom from fear and want can only be achieved if conditions are created whereby everyone may enjoy his civil and political rights, as well as his social, economic and cultural rights.

We at NHRDI– National Human Rights Defenders of India are committed towards the betterment of the society and protection of Human Rights. A team of enthusiast have come together with one motto and collectively associating other passionate likeminded individuals to build the largest team across the country for making a change in mindset of every citizen of India about Human Rights & Human Rights Organisation for Explaining everyone that obtaining Human Rights Needs Understanding, Not Struggle. We are very Proud to state today that National Human Rights Organisation is fastest growing and most widely spread organisation in the country.

NHRDI is a trust registered by Government Of India under Trust Registration Act 1993.
Women Right Affairs Cell deals with issues related to women such as dowry, domestic violence, equality at workplace, eve teasing and sexual assault.
Humanity & Peace Affairs Cell deals with issues related to.
Labour Rights Affairs Cell deals with protection of group of legal & Human relating to labour relations between employers and employees .
Child Right Affairs Cell deals with children’s right to association with both parents, human identity as well as the basic needs for physical protection, food, universal state-paid education, health care, and criminal laws appropriate for the age and development of the child, equal protection of the child’s civil rights, and freedom from discrimination on the basis of the child’s race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, religion, disability, color, ethnicity, or other characteristics.
Transgender Rights Affair Cell works to eliminate discrimination and violence against transgender people regarding housing, employment, public accommodations, education, and health care.
Senior Citizen Rights Affairs Cell works for the right of elderly citizen. The elderly have the inherent right to life, dignity, and the integrity of their persons, which shall be protected by law. The elderly have the right to be free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. & have the right to be free from discrimination
Specially-abled Rights Affairs Cell deals with freedom from any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on the status of differently-abled.Rght to full equality before the law and equal protection of the law & to be treated with dignity and respect.
